The School
is managed by the "New India Education
Society (Regd.)" with a band of Social
Workers, Educationalists & Philanthropists with
an urge to impart Paramedical Education to the Members
of the Community, specially for the downtrodden
and backward classes. The School of Nursing has
been started with a motto to prepare quality of
Nurses with Diploma in General Nursing who could
serve in the Community and Hospital.
The
Course of Study of General Nursing Midwifery
is for 3 and 1/2 years. The GNM Course is
recognised by Government of Karnataka, Nursing
Council, Bangalore and Indian Nursing Council,
New Delhi. Vide letter No. 18-674/2000 INC
respectively.
